Production Manager Coordinator

Designation: Production Manager / Coordinator

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Production Managers to lead and manage daily manufacturing operations. The role requires strong leadership planning and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time production with optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and monitor daily production targets and timelines
• Lead and supervise the production team including operators helpers and supervisors
• Ensure production meets quality standards delivery timelines and cost targets
• Coordinate with the purchase QC maintenance and logistics departments
• Monitor machine utilization workforce productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety housekeeping (5S) and regulatory norms
• Prepare production MIS reports and present them to senior management
• Handle manpower planning shift scheduling and attendance management

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.E. / / Diploma in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering
• Prior experience managing production operations in a syringe manufacturing unit is preferred
• Proven experience in production/manufacturing management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 5S Kaizen or Six Sigma is preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems FMS sheets and MS Office
