Role Type: Corporate Manufacturing Excellence / Multi-Plant OpEx Role

Role Purpose:

The Head - TPM & TPS will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence across plants by implementing TPM, TPS, Lean, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement practices. The role will focus on eliminating operational losses, improving manufacturing efficiency, reducing costs and building a strong problem-solving culture across plant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacturing Excellence & VMES Deployment: Implement manufacturing excellence activities across plants in line with the framework and roadmap defined by Central Operations Excellence.

- TPM / TPS Implementation & Plant Assessments: Conduct plant assessments using TPM methodology and evaluate pillar-wise KPIs, gaps and improvement opportunities.

- OpEx Initiatives, 5S & Shopfloor Improvement: Lead deployment of customized 5S and shopfloor improvement systems across plants.

- Continuous Improvement, Kaizen & Cost Reduction: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by defining Kaizen guidelines and running Kaizen competitions across plants.

- Capability Building & People Development: Train plant teams on TPM pillar methodology, Lean tools, Kaizen practices, 5S and problem-solving techniques.
