Experience : 14 years of experience in service in Automobile industry.4 wheeler license required

Qulaification : B. Tech Mechanical / Automobile

Salary : Upto 40 LPA

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the complete service operations across workshops and service centers.
• Monitor daily service performance productivity and operational KPIs.
• Lead mentor and motivate service advisors technicians CRM teams and workshop staff.
• Achieve monthly and yearly service revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify areas of business growth and implement strategies for upselling and customer retention.
• Develop and execute service strategies to improve turnaround time (TAT) customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
