Role – Front Desk Officer / Executive/Receptionist

Department – Admin

Location - Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 1 to 3 years

  • Manage travel arrangements including flight/train ticket booking, hotel reservations and visa processing.
  • Manage the front desk, visitors and incoming calls professionally.
  • Welcome guests and ensure a positive visitor experience.
  • Coordinate visitor meetings with internal departments.
  • Handle courier dispatches, records and bill verification.
  • Maintain stationery inventory and support day-to-day administrative activities.

Requirements

Prefer Women Candidates

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in Front Office/Admin.

  • Knowledge of visa processing, travel desk operations, ticket & hotel booking is mandatory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a professional attitude.
