Management Trainee/Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic insights
• Assist in drafting proposals, concept notes, presentations, and decks for business development and partnerships
• Support leadership in identifying and evaluating new strategic collaboration and expansion opportunities
• Coordinate partnership development activities with corporates, government bodies, and institutional stakeholders
• Prepare reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs for both internal and external distribution
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) for content creation, research automation, and productivity enhancement
• Provide analytical, research-based, and operational support on leadership-driven projects and strategic initiatives
