Technology Control Management

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Control Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 11-16 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a proven track record of success in managing technology control functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all technology risks are identified, assessed, and managed effectively, in accordance with the company's policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology control policies, procedures, and standards, in alignment with the company's overall risk management framework
• Identify and assess technology risks across the organization, and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure that technology controls are in place and operating effectively, and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Work closely with other teams, such as IT, security, and compliance, to ensure that technology risks are integrated into the overall risk management process
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on the status of technology controls, and any emerging risks or issues
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to technology risk management, and ensure that the company's technology control framework is in compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of technology control professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 11-16 years of experience in technology control management, with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of technology risk management frameworks, such as NIST and ISO
• Experience with implementing and managing technology controls, such as access controls, change management, and incident management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to technology risk management, such as RBI guidelines, GDPR, and CCPA
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess complex technology risks
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent are highly desirable
