Data Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data models, reports, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision making within the organization - Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related Microsoft analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Utilize Power Query (M Language) for data transformation and preparation from multiple sources.

• Work with Microsoft Fabric to manage, process, and analyze data efficiently.

• Develop and optimize data models (DAX, relationships, aggregations) to improve reporting performance.

• Implement ETL pipelines to integrate data from different sources, including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across analytics solutions. • Optimize Power BI performance for handling large datasets and complex calculations
