SAP Finance Transformation Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

Job Description :

1. Drive enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, digitalization, and operating model enhancement.

2. Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs, including SAP RISE implementation, migration, rollout, and post-implementation stabilization.

3. Partner with Finance, IT, Shared Services, and Business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and define future-state finance processes.

4. Design and implement scalable finance operating models covering Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Fixed Assets, Treasury, Taxation, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

5. Drive finance process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce manual interventions by developing APIs and integrating 3rd party APIs.

6. Lead business requirement gathering, process mapping, solution design workshops, user acceptance testing, and change management activities.

7. Work closely with SAP implementation partners and technology teams to configure finance solutions aligned with business requirements.

8. Develop and implement governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, controls, and compliance mechanisms across finance processes.

9. Lead finance transformation projects involving shared services setup, centralization, automation, and continuous improvement programs.

10. Drive implementation of reporting and analytics solutions using SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tableau, or similar tools.

11. Establish finance dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility, decision-making, and business performance tracking.

12. Collaborate with senior leadership, CFO, Finance Controllers, Business Heads, and Technology teams to align transformation objectives with organizational goals.

13. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, and implementation milestones for multiple transformation workstreams.

14. Drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption programs to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.

15. Evaluate emerging technologies including RPA, AI-enabled finance solutions, workflow automation, and advanced analytics to improve finance effectiveness.

Desired Experience :

a. Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA Finance, CMA, or equivalent qualification.

b. 8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP Transformation, SAP Finance, Consulting, Shared Services, Controllership, or Process Excellence.

c. Hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Product Costing, and Financial Consolidation.

d. Proven experience leading large-scale finance transformation and ERP implementation projects.

e. Strong understanding of finance processes, governance frameworks, business controls, reporting, and performance management.

f. Prior experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Telecom, Consulting, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs) would be preferred.

g. Excellent stakeholder management, project management, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
