Business Analyst/Project Manager - CargoWise

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong expertise in CargoWise (C1) to lead business transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and implementation projects across logistics and freight forwarding operations. This role acts as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, operations, finance, and IT ensuring CargoWise solutions drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end business transformation and CargoWise (C1) implementation/enhancement projects.

- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications within CargoWise.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, finance, and IT teams.

- Identify process gaps and recommend CargoWise-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.

- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.

- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.

- Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously optimize CargoWise workflows.

Must-Have Skills :

- CargoWise (C1) strong, hands-on expertise.

- Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience, with a track record of leading initiatives.

- Logistics / freight forwarding industry experience.

- Proven experience delivering business transformation, system enhancement, or implementation projects.

- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management (business, operations, finance, IT).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma).

- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).

- SQL / reporting or BI tool exposure.

- Experience with other freight/3PL/ERP systems beyond CargoWise.
