Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits.
• Explain property details and project benefits to clients.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and documentation.
• Maintain daily sales reports and client database.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
• Two Wheeler is compulsory for male candidate
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Graduation preferred.
