Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Claims Center Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire Claims Center, with a proven track record of developing and implementing solutions that enhance claims processing efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Claims Center to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Guidewire applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Guidewire and insurance domain.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Guidewire Claims Center (deal breaker skill).
• Strong knowledge of Java and Guidewire development tools.
• Experience with integration of Guidewire with other systems.
• Understanding of insurance domain and claims processing.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of web services and API integration.
• Experience with cloud technologies and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Guidewire Claims Center development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
