Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our US Healthcare Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and building strong talent pipelines for healthcare professionals across the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals from RPO, staffing, or BPO backgrounds looking to build a career in US Healthcare Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Therapists
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal databases for candidate sourcing
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future requirements
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and availability
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand hiring needs
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Ensure quick turnaround time in sourcing and candidate submissions
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience in sourcing/recruitment from RPO, BPO, or Staffing industry
• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, and other job portals
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to work in US shifts
