Data Analyst

Role: Data Analytics – Lending

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1–4 years, industry competitive compensation

What you'll lead / own:

• Credit funnel analysis across application approval disbursal journeys
• Building scorecards, frameworks (CIBIL, thick/thin files, bureau/behavioural, ATS cohorts etc.)
• Forecasting GMV, approval, conversion and cost metrics with strong SQL + Python
• Lender-wise performance insights + pricing/ROI optimisation
• Working closely with product, growth, lender ops & engineering

Must-have skills:

• Personal loans/BNPL experience (D2C/app marketplace)
• Credit policy & bureau logic familiarity
• Strong SQL + Python + dashboarding (Tableau pref)
• Statistical modelling + ML exposure (logistic regression, scorecards, XGBoost etc.)
• Prior experience in lending / fintech / NBFC / bank analytics
• Comfort with big data, business problem solving, ownership mindset
