Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development of creative concepts and visual styles for advertising campaigns.
- Design layouts, graphics, and compositions for print ads, brochures, hoardings, press releases, etc.
- Collaborate with copywriters, senior creatives, and account managers to ensure brand alignment.
- Translate briefs into original creative output that resonates with the target audience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to idea generation.
- Prepare mockups and presentation materials for client pitches.
- Support in storyboard creation for TVCs or video ads.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, illustrators, and production houses.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferably in mainline / traditional media).Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).Strong portfolio showcasing mainline ad campaigns (print, OOH, etc.).A good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualities :
Passionate about big ideas and visual storytelling.Able to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics.Familiarity with Indian advertising sensibilities and cultural trends (if applicable).Skills Required
