Role Overview
We are looking for highly energetic, smart, and ambitious Inside Sales Interns who enjoy interacting with students and parents, building relationships, and helping students make informed career decisions.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, confidence, persuasion abilities, and a strong desire to learn sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand student aspirations, career goals, and educational requirements.
Explain Vedam's programs, admissions process, scholarships, and career outcomes.
Follow up with interested leads and nurture them throughout the admission journey.
Schedule counselling sessions and admission interviews.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve student engagement.
