About The Opportunity

TUD Spaces Pvt. Ltd. operates in the rapidly evolving coworking and flexible workspace sector across India. We empower startups, remote teams, and enterprise clients with curated, tech-enabled office environments designed for productivity, collaboration, and culture. As we scale our human capital strategy, we're seeking a dynamic HR Fresher to support core people operations and contribute to building an exceptional employee experience from day one.

Location: Gota

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination — scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and updating ATS records.
  • Onboard new hires by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation schedules, and facilitating welcome kits.
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking by maintaining accurate employee records and liaising with finance.
  • Administer HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and policy handbooks under supervision.
  • Coordinate internal employee engagement initiatives and office culture programs.
  • Assist the HR team in maintaining compliance with local labor laws and statutory filings.
