8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR & Compensation)
Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
Expert knowledge ofOracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries.
Can customize application while using VBCS and have experience in Redwood UI
Able to work independently on Oracle HCM fusion Agentic AI
