Position: Management Trainee

We are hiring Management Trainees across multiple departments at our Noida Head Office , including:

• Payroll
• Employee Onboarding
• HR & Administration
• Accounts & Finance
• CEO's Office

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 6-month training and development program within their assigned department. During this period, trainees will receive hands-on exposure, mentorship, and practical learning opportunities to develop functional expertise and business acumen.

After completing the training program and passing the performance evaluation, we may offer a permanent role within the organization .

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates from the following academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply:

• MBA / PGDM (HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, General Management)
• BBA / BBM
• B.Com / M.Com
• BA / MA (relevant disciplines)
• Fresh Graduates and Postgraduates with strong academic records

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
