Role Description The Online Phonics Teacher at Raynira Kids Academy will deliver structured phonics lessons to young learners, focusing on letter sounds, blending, decoding, and early reading skills. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves planning and conducting interactive online sessions, preparing lesson materials, and assessing learner progress regularly. The teacher will maintain detailed records of student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with other educators, communicating with families about learner progress, and participating in training or staff meetings to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience working with young learners in a structured setting.
  • Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design age-appropriate phonics lessons and support continuous learning.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging children online, coordinating with colleagues, and updating families on learner progress.
  • Experience in phonics instruction, early literacy, or primary education is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant academic background in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfort with online teaching platforms, basic computer literacy, and the ability to manage virtual classrooms are important.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a learner-centered approach to teaching are essential.
