Key Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise.

• BE in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical / Computer Science

• Strong expertise in software testing lifecycle (STLC) and quality processes

• Hands-on experience in functional reliability and performance testing

• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps (or equivalent) including workflow and process management

• Hands-on experience in Azure Test Plan- to create/ maintain test cases test report in dashboard for management

• Proven ability in defect analysis and root cause identification

• Experience with system integration testing (embedded software systems)

• Strong scripting skills in Java or C# or Python for test automation

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

• Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as:

  • Modbus HART FOUNDATION Fieldbus Profibus TCP/IP

• Familiarity with tools/platforms: FDT-DTM AMS AMS SNAP-ON

• Additional Advantage:

• ISTQB certification (Foundation or higher)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements design test strategies and prepare detailed test reports

• Perform end-to-end testing from an end-user perspective

• Execute and monitor functional performance scalability stress and load testing

• Identify defects perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for resolution

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts (both Black and white box) and improve test efficiency

• Ensure accurate test documentation traceability and quality metrics tracking

• Drive continuous improvements in test processes and quality standards
