Experience: 1+ Year (International Travel / Airline / OTA)

Role Overview

Handle end-to-end international flight bookings with accuracy and speed. Ideal for candidates with strong understanding of global travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds

• Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat

• Work on multi-sector and complex itineraries

• Guide customers on fares, baggage, visa transit, and airline policies

• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators

• Maintain CRM records and meet SLAs

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in International Travel / Airline / OTA

• Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, and reissues

• Good communication skills (spoken & written English)

• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask

• Comfortable with rotational & night shifts

Preferred Profile

• Experience with US, UK, or Canada markets

• Knowledge of consolidator and net fares

• Strong problem-solving approach
