HR Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various platforms including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit to ensure the right talent is selected.
• Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and generating regular hiring reports and dashboards.
• Building strong candidate pipelines and nurturing relationships to support future hiring needs.

Skills Required:

• A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Proven stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvements.
