Document solution analyst

We are looking for a Document Solutions Analyst to support document digitization, metadata validation, and quality review of complex financial and legal agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate AI-extracted data against source legal agreements

• Review metadata, contractual attributes, and document details

• Identify and resolve data quality exceptions

• Perform quality checks and maintain audit documentation

• Support digitization and transformation of unstructured documents into structured data

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related fields

✅ 0–2 years of experience in documentation review, financial operations, data management, or legal operations

✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

✅ Good communication and MS Office proficiency

✅ Knowledge of financial agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA) is a plus
