Sr. Software Engineer FullStack (.Net)

The Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack is responsible for providing technical leadership to both onshore and offshore teams. The role involves developing and maintaining modular, reusable back-end components using .NET and Angular.

The SSE is responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. He/She collaborates with development teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. The role involves selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project needs. Additionally, they provide technical leadership, mentorship, and troubleshooting support throughout the project lifecycle.

Will also be responsible for mentoring team members and taking ownership of the applications from end-to-end, and management and delivery of IT and business solutions using Scrum framework best practices.

Required: -

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and related technologies in Amazon Web Service (AWS).
• Experience with popular Node.js frameworks (Express.js, Serverless Framework, etc. )
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, the JavaScript object model, and the event loop
• Familiarity with new specifications of ECMAScript and Typescript
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Good understanding of any server-side templating languages
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL / AWS AppSync
• Have a good understanding of concepts like concurrency, parallelism, event driven architecture
• Have experience with REST-ful APIs for internal and external products
• Experience with technologies like Redis, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, RDBMS, Queues, Event Bus and Cloud Functions (AWS Lambda).
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with one or more agentic AI development tools : GitHub Copilot Agent Mode / Copilot CLI, Anthropic Claude Code, AWS Kiro, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, or OpenAI Codex.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Sr. Software engineer in enterprise-scale IT projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with API security, authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, Cognito).
• Exposure to event-driven microservices, domain-driven design, and cloud-native patterns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor teams.
