Senior Salesforce Business System Analyst

• Works closely with the sales, finance, and legal operations team, along with other business process groups, to ensure the requirements are understood and detailed.
• Hands on with key understanding and implementation of quote-to- order (CPQ & CLM or similar systems) functionalities.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements for AI-driven solutions.
• Authority in for both functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform, and related technical areas listed.
• Partner with customers to craft requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives.
• Drive the planning, prioritisation, design, development and deployment of new projects & system improvements.
• Evaluate and address multi-functional and cross-system dependencies.
• Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, and partnering with the Development team to deliver a solution and a plan.
• Leverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted technology advisor for business users.
• Participate in the go-to-market and launch support processes.
• Maintain a high-level familiarity with other IT system / business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations regarding upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off.
• Understand business processes, AI capabilities, and IT systems to find opportunities for AI implementation, decision making, and optimise operations.

About You

Basic Qualifications -

• 8+ years of proven track record in business analysis or related field
• 5+ years experience with Salesforce and integration
• 5+ years experience with CPQ, CLM or similar systems
• Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Other Qualifications -

• Process mapping and workflow automation experience
• Ability to translate business needs into AI technical specifications
