.Net Software Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Microsoft Azure, and message queue technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing microservices-based applications, developing RESTful APIs, integrating distributed messaging systems, and deploying cloud-native solutions on Azure. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions while following modern development practices and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Application Development :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and C#.

- Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices for cloud-based applications.

- Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

2. Azure Development :

- Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure.

- Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Azure Application Insights.

- Implement cloud-native architectures using Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings.

- Configure application monitoring, logging, and diagnostics in Azure environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning.

3. Messaging and Integration :

- Develop asynchronous and event-driven applications using message queue technologies such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ, or similar messaging platforms.

- Design reliable messaging workflows for distributed systems.

- Integrate enterprise applications with third-party services and internal platforms using messaging frameworks and REST APIs.

- Ensure message reliability, fault tolerance, retry mechanisms, and dead-letter queue handling.

4. Microservices & API Development :

- Design and implement microservices architecture using .NET Core.

- Develop secure RESTful APIs with authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Implement API versioning, logging, exception handling, and performance optimization.

- Ensure seamless communication between services using messaging platforms and API gateways.

5. Database Development :

- Design and optimize relational database structures.

- Develop stored procedures, functions, and complex SQL queries.

- Work with Entity Framework Core and LINQ for database interactions.

- Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and efficient data access patterns.

6. DevOps & CI/CD :

- Participate in CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tools.

- Build automated deployment pipelines.

- Maintain version control using Git.

- Support automated testing and deployment processes.

7. Quality & Best Practices :

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions.

- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability standards are met.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in .NET Core and C#

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services

- Experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ, or similar messaging platforms

- Strong knowledge of REST API development

- Experience in Microservices Architecture

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.

- Exposure to Azure API Management.

- Experience with Redis Cache or other caching technologies.

- Familiarity with security standards such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect.

- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks including xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.

- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in .NET application development.

- Proven experience in building enterprise applications using .NET Core and Azure.

- Hands-on experience with distributed messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or MSMQ.

- Experience developing scalable cloud-native applications and microservices.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud architecture.
