APAC HR People Operations Specialist - Noida

Description

We are seeking an experienced APAC HR People Operations Specialist to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations for our growing team in the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle HR support to employees in the APAC region, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance and development
• Manage employee data in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations in the APAC region, preferably in the technology industry
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in India
• Experience with HRIS systems and data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
