Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Medical Domain to join our Medical Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable healthcare software architectures, driving technical solutioning for new business opportunities, and translating complex client requirements into robust software solutions. This role requires strong expertise in healthcare systems, clinical workflows, healthcare interoperability standards, and technical proposal development.

The candidate will play a critical role in analyzing RFPs, preparing technical proposals, architecting enterprise healthcare solutions, and collaborating with business, engineering, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end software architectures for healthcare and medical technology solutions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

- Analyze client RFPs, RFIs, and technical requirements to develop winning solution strategies.

- Author technical proposals, solution documents, architecture diagrams, and effort estimates.

- Work closely with business development teams to support pre-sales and new business acquisition.

- Architect interoperable healthcare platforms using HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards.

- Define system integration strategies across EMR/EHR, diagnostic systems, IoT devices, and clinical applications.

- Ensure architecture compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and security requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation and technical delivery.

- Evaluate emerging technologies in medical software, AI, data analytics, and healthcare platforms.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and solution teams.

- Present technical concepts and solution architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in healthcare software architecture and enterprise solution design.

- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, medical workflows, and clinical operations.

- Strong experience in healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 and FHIR.

- Expertise in EMR/EHR systems, hospital information systems, and clinical data exchange.

- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards and data governance.

- Experience in cloud architecture and distributed systems.

- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and system integration patterns.

- Excellent understanding of data architecture, biomedical data, and healthcare analytics.

- Strong technical proposal writing and solution documentation skills.

- Ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in healthcare software engineering, architecture, or solution consulting.

- Proven track record in architecting large-scale healthcare solutions.

- Strong pre-sales, solution consulting, and technical proposal experience.

- Experience in medical devices, digital health platforms, or clinical software is highly preferred.

- Certifications in cloud architecture or enterprise architecture are an added advantage.
