About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated Consultant Technical Product Owner to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams by driving product development, defining product requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Product Ownership, Data Validation, SQL/MySQL, Agile methodologies, and modern AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable, high-impact products.

Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI or Banking domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Ownership & Delivery :

- Own the product backlog and define, prioritize, and refine user stories based on business priorities.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Drive product planning, sprint execution, and release management in an Agile environment.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design :

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.

- Convert complex business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Participate in product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Data Validation & Analysis :

- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies and support business decision-making.

- Write complex SQL/MySQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.

- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure reliable data pipelines.

AI & Generative AI Initiatives :

- Support the integration of Generative AI capabilities into enterprise products.

- Work with engineering teams to define AI-powered product features.

- Understand Large Language Models (LLMs), AI workflows, prompt engineering concepts, and enterprise AI use cases.

- Assist in evaluating AI-driven solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

- Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment between business expectations and product delivery.

Agile & Product Management :

- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

- Monitor sprint progress and remove delivery impediments.

- Define product KPIs and success metrics.

- Continuously improve product delivery processes and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3- 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, or Product Consultant.

- Strong understanding of Product Ownership and Agile delivery methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL for data validation and analysis.

- Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation.

- Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-enabled products.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
