About the Role :
We are looking for highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineers with deep expertise in building large-scale, distributed applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React for frontend development and Java Spring Boot Microservices or Python for backend development, coupled with a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, system design, and performance engineering.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade applications while driving engineering excellence and best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Java Spring Boot Microservices or Python.
- Build and optimize highly available, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD automation.
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
Required Technical Skills :
1. Frontend :
- Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive and high-performance web applications.
2. Backend :
- Strong experience in either : Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture OR Python-based backend development.
3. Cloud & DevOps :
- Hands-on experience with : Kubernetes, GitOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Feature Flagging and A/B Testing frameworks, and Containerisation technologies such as Docker.
4. System Design & Architecture :
- Strong understanding of : Large-scale distributed systems, Performance engineering and optimization, Data modeling and database design, Microservices design patterns and best practices, Database scaling and sharding strategies, Race conditions and concurrency management, and Consistency challenges in distributed systems.
5. Computer Science Fundamentals :
- Strong knowledge of : Algorithms and data structures, Time and space complexity analysis, System design principles, and Trade-off analysis for scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
