Full Stack Developer -.Net/React.js

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Full stack Developer who is passionate about building modern web applications and leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend engineering expertise along with hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Anthropic Claude and GitHub Copilot in day-to-day development workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications while utilizing AI-assisted coding, debugging, documentation, and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using .net core & React.js

- Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries

- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services

- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar tools

- Use AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot for :

1. Code generation and refactoring

2. Debugging and troubleshooting

3. Unit test creation

4. Documentation assistance

5. Productivity enhancement

- Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices

- Stay updated with emerging AI-assisted development trends and tools

Required Skills :

1. Frontend Technologies :

- Strong experience with : React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3, Redux / Context API, REST APIs, and Responsive Design.

2. AI & Developer Productivity Tools :

- Hands-on experience with : Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar AI coding assistants.

- Understanding of prompt engineering for development workflows.

- Ability to leverage AI tools for faster and better software delivery.

3. Tools & Platforms :

- Git / GitHub, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Next.js

- Familiarity with Node.js

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

- Knowledge of AI APIs and integrations

- Understanding of secure coding practices

- Experience with automated testing frameworks

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving ability

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have :

- Experience integrating LLM APIs

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
