Java Full Stack Developer - React.js/Spring Boot

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Apache Spark to join our dynamic engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable end-to-end applications that bridge the gap between complex data processing and intuitive user interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure engineers, to translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

Your work will directly impact our ability to process large-scale datasets in real-time, ultimately enhancing the decision-making capabilities and digital experience for our global client base across our offices in Pune, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks to ensure seamless user interactions and high system availability.

- Develop and optimize high-performance data processing pipelines using Apache Spark to handle large-scale datasets, ensuring efficient data transformation and delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications, ensuring that software solutions align with long-term business objectives and scalability requirements.

- Integrate backend services with complex data layers, enabling the business to derive actionable insights from raw information.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement automated testing protocols to maintain high software quality standards and minimize production downtime.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Java-based backend development and modern frontend technologies, with the ability to build and maintain complex, distributed systems.

- Advanced hands-on experience in building and tuning Apache Spark jobs to process and analyze large volumes of data effectively.

- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business needs, communicating effectively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional experience in full-stack development and data engineering, showcasing a track record of delivering high-impact software solutions.
