Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including online databases social media job boards and professional networks to identify and attract Per Diem healthcare professionals in the USA.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with the unique requirements of our clients.
• Market Research:
  • Analyze data to identify potential talent pools recruitment challenges and opportunities within the Per Diem healthcare domain.
• Candidate Engagement:
  • Initiate and maintain meaningful communication with prospective candidates providing comprehensive information about job opportunities and assessing their suitability for specific roles.
  • Cultivate relationships with Per Diem healthcare professionals fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidate Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough initial candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and client expectations.
  • Prepare a shortlist of readily available pre-screened candidates for the job/s and submit them to the internal stakeholders/client
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the recruitment team to facilitate interviews and streamline the candidate selection process.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to understand client specifications and job requirements for candidate submission interviews and selection

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources Business or a related field.
• Previous experience as a talent source or recruiter is beneficial
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. (English)
• Proficiency in using technology and sourcing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic deadline-driven sales environment.
• Knowledge or previous experience with US staffing or hiring for international markets. (mandatory)
• Knowledge of the USA healthcare system (not essential)
