• Manage customer sales orders end-to-end from order receipt to delivery
• Create and maintain sales orders in SAP and resolve pricing master data or system issues
• Identify monitor and resolve order blocks (credit delivery MOQ/MOV permits lead time)
• Coordinate with Credit Customer Service Supply Chain and Operations teams to fix order issues
• Send order confirmations proactive delay updates and handle order changes or cancellations
• Track open orders ensure SLA compliance (24 hours) and escalate issues when needed
• 2-5 years of experienc

• Shift timings 12:30-9:30
• Cab will be provided
• hybrid work mode-60% WFO

Essential

• Customer Service experience
• PC and System skills (SAP knowledge not a must XLS Word)
