Job description
  • Manage and monitor AI-powered tools and operational workflows.
  • Perform data validation data annotation and quality checks.
  • Analyze AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in training testing and optimizing AI models and processes.
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams to improve AI performance.
  • Prepare reports documentation and operational insights.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using AI and automation.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when required.
  • Maintain records and ensure adherence to company standards.


    • Requirements


    • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts.
    • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT Gemini Copilot or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and documentation tools.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
    • Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.



    Required Skills:
