Deputy Manager Equipment (TCF)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Knowledge of TCF Equipment's e g Assembly Conveyors / Manipulators / Robotic Glass gluing / Wheel alignment/ RBT / ADAS / Shower / Engine& Rear Axle decking Systems, Lifting and Handling Devices, Engine & Rear Axle Decking Pallets
• Knowledge of Electrical, Controls & PLC; Hands on experience in Allen Bradly PLC programming, HMI & SCADA Programming, and VFD commissioning; Hands on experience in Control panel manufacturing, product selection and trouble shooting
• RFQ/Scope Preparation and Supplier Technical evaluation for above Equipment's
• Design Approval of required systems with Project tracking
• Prepare and follow PFMEA/MFMEA of Equipment's
• Installation and commissioning of equipment's with punch item list and without missing the Project Timelines
• Coordinate with supplier and Plant (Customer) for eliminating new Equipment's installation and commissioning Issues
• Execute and improve effectiveness of PM, TBM,CBM activities on equipment through properly defining the details in Scope documents
• Supports production department for day to day activities and smooth implementation of Installed Equipment
• Should be flexible for implementation of project at multiple plant locations, irrespective of member's base location
• Knowledge of Civil , Electrical and Automation of equipment's will have added advantage to this
• Knowledge of Simulation software's, 3D designs, CATIA

• Education Qualification
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E
• Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Tooling & Dies
• General Experience
• 3 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Assembly, Production
