Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manpower Requirement Understanding: Ability to comprehend the needs of various business stakeholders.
  • End-to-End Hiring Process: Capability to manage the entire hiring process independently.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri.
  • Interview Coordination: Responsibility for coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling.
  • Experience with ORACLE - HIRING Module: This would be an added advantage.
  • ATS Platforms: Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • TA Compliance: Ensuring compliance with TA processes such as psychometric assessments, pre-employment medical tests, background verification, and reference checks.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with candidates.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Understanding of C&B to offer the best value propositions to candidates.
  • Adaptability and Outcome Orientation: Ability to tackle challenges and focus on outcomes.
