R Systems International - Technical Program Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 10+ years of experience who can drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile/Scrum, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Dependency Management, and should have worked closely with Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams.

The role involves managing multiple projects/workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking program milestones, handling escalations, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud/platform-related initiatives.

As a Lead Technical Program Manager you will:

- Partner with a global team to drive infrastructure and development projects in cloud and data center environments.

- Use your technical skills and leadership abilities to architect clear project goals and drive end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent complex projects to a successful conclusion.

- Oversee project and program progress, automate status reporting, manage critical path risks and issues, and develop strategic plans to mitigate them through collaboration with partner teams.

- Optimize project estimation and team capacity planning processes to ensure consistent, predictable and efficient project delivery outcomes.

- Translate executive strategy and business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

- Be responsible for the design, enhancement and automation of critical processes such as Availability Management, Service Metrics Reporting, and others as deemed necessary.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through development and reviews of KPI dashboards related to project delivery and facilitate regular business reviews with partner teams.

We're looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager who:

- Is experienced in leading projects involving modern SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices at scale.

- Has deep knowledge of SRE, Cloud Engineering, DevOps and Security practices and experience working with leading cloud service providers and data center environments.

- Has 10+ years professional experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles and holds relevant project management certification(s).

- Has proven experience leading large, cross-team, technically complex programs with high ambiguity.

- Has strong technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), infrastructure, and platform engineering concepts, enabling effective debate with engineering leads.

- Has a passion for excellence, and is a natural and analytical problem solver. You should enjoy digging deep to understand issues and like solving hard problems, taking a data-driven approach.

- Can operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels, from shaping roadmaps to unblocking delivery.

- Is a confident communicator with executives, senior leadership and engineering teams and can lead teams to achieve clearly-articulated and measurable outcomes.

- Has excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-team dependencies and conflicting priorities.
