SAP CPI Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).

- Work on end-to-end integration scenarios across enterprise systems and cloud applications.

- Develop and support API-based integrations and service-oriented architectures (SOA).

- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Europe and India for requirement gathering and solution delivery.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production environments.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and integration procedures.

- Work within a 24/7 global support model when required.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of integration landscapes.

- Use tools like JIRA Service Desk or similar platforms for incident and change management.

- Document technical designs, workflows, and integration processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in an IT organization.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI (must-have).

- Good programming knowledge, preferably in Java.

- Solid understanding of integration concepts such as APIs, ESB, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

- Experience working in global support or delivery environments.

- Familiarity with JIRA Service Desk or similar ticketing systems.

- Ability to work independently with high levels of autonomy.

- Strong communication skills with professional proficiency in English.
