Position : Salesforce Developer Field Service & Custom Mobile Development

Location : Noida (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Configure and enhance Salesforce Field Service (FSL) functionalities including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, and Dispatching.

- Design and develop custom mobile solutions for field technicians and service teams.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Create custom workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills :

- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).

- Hands-on experience in custom mobile app development within Salesforce ecosystem.

- Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP services.

- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Security Model.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

- Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification (preferred).

- Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK is a plus.
