Role : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Talent Management

Experience : 5 to 9 Years

Locations : Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Noida, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Talent Management modules and/or ORC. The role involves driving end-to-end implementations, engaging with clients, and delivering scalable HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Talent Management modules or ORC or a combination of both.

- Within Talent Management, must have worked on either of these : 1. Learn (OLC), 2. Performance, 3. Goals, 4. Career development, 5. Succession planning.

- Be part of requirement gathering and solution design sessions.

- Configure and implement solutions aligned to business requirements.

- Execute setup/configuration migration from non-production to production environments.

- Act as a client-facing consultant, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Handle multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management or ORC or combination of both.

- Strong experience in implementation or support projects.

- Hands-on experience in solution design, configuration, and client engagement.

- Experience in environment migration and release management.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to travel as per project needs.

- Flexibility to work across time zones.
