Droisys - Java Developer - Spring Boot

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and support microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.

- Implement and manage Kafka-based event-driven messaging systems.

- Develop real-time communication solutions using WebSockets.

- Design and optimize data structures and algorithms to improve application performance.

- Utilize JPA/Hibernate for database access, ORM, and transaction management.

- Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot applications in Linux environments.

- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and high availability.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

- Follow software development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.

- Experience implementing WebSockets for real-time applications.

- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Strong experience with JPA/Hibernate and relational databases.

- Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.

- Experience building and maintaining microservices and RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of application security, scalability, and performance optimization techniques.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
