About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, integration, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR business processes, enabling organizations to transform and optimize their Human Capital Management (HCM) operations.

This role requires close collaboration with HR stakeholders, business leaders, project teams, and technical teams to design, configure, and implement scalable HR technology solutions that improve employee experience, workforce management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will play a key role in digital HR transformation initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.

- Participate in solution design, workshops, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Ensure implementation aligns with SAP best practices and industry standards.

2. HR Process Transformation :

- Analyze existing HR processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.

- Support digital transformation initiatives across Human Resources functions.

- Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure alignment between HR strategies and system capabilities.

3. Module Expertise :

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules :

- Employee Central (EC)

- Recruitment Management (RCM)

- Onboarding

- Performance & Goals (PMGM)

- Learning Management System (LMS)

- Compensation

- Variable Pay

- Succession & Development

- Workforce Analytics

- Employee Central Payroll

4. Stakeholder Management & Consulting :

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders.

- Provide functional consulting and solution recommendations.

- Act as a trusted advisor on HR technology and transformation initiatives.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure business alignment.

- Support change management and user adoption activities.

5. Integration & Data Management :

- Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/S4HANA or third-party applications.

- Coordinate data migration, validation, and cleansing activities.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout implementation.

- Support interface testing and integration validation.

6. Testing & Support :

- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user documentation.

- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Resolve functional issues and support production environments.

- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 11 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation.

- Strong expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.

- Experience working on multiple end-to-end implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and workforce administration.

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central (EC), Recruitment Management (RCM), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation & Variable Pay, Succession Planning, HR Transformation, Business Process Consulting, Requirement Gathering, UAT & User Training.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) preferred.
