MS Dynamics Finance Consultant

Functional Leadership:

- Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for D365 F&O Finance modules.

- Own end-to-end implementation of:

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Fixed Assets

5. Cash & Bank Management

6. Budgeting and Cost Accounting

- Configure financial dimensions, chart of accounts, fiscal calendars, and posting profiles.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, VAT, multi-country accounting).

- Design and validate financial reports, management reports, and month-end/year-end close processes.

- Support audit requirements and internal financial controls.

Implementation & Delivery:

- Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.

- Support data migration, opening balances, and reconciliation activities.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and data interfaces.

- Provide go-live and post-go-live (hypercare) support.

- Strong accounting knowledge:

1. GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting

- Hands-on experience with:

1. Financial dimensions

2. Multi-entity, multi-currency setups

3. Intercompany accounting

- Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
