Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Robotics Applications & Growth Engineer (Founder's Office). This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with our products to build robot demos, prototype projects, and application examples that showcase real-world use cases. You'll collaborate closely with the founders and engineering team while creating technical content, engaging with customers, and helping drive the adoption of our robotics technologies.

Qualifications

Required

• Engineering student or graduate in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of robotics systems, sensors, actuators, motor control, embedded systems, or automation technologies.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: Python, C/C++, ROS, Linux, CAD design, electronics prototyping, or embedded development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Good to Have

• Experience building robotics, automation, embedded systems, drones, or hardware projects.
• Experience with CAD tools such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Onshape.
• Participation in robotics competitions such as Robocon, Formula Student, SAE BAJA, e-Yantra, hackathons, or maker communities.
• Experience creating technical content, tutorials, videos, blogs, or project documentation.
• Exposure to customer interactions, technical sales, or startup environments.

Compensation: 15,000 - 20,000 per month + Performance-based incentives (if applicable)
