Require a Data Entry Executive in Ahmedabad

• Maintain and update accurate financial records using Tally software (Tally Prime or 9).
  
• Perform daily data entry for sales purchases receipts payments and journal entries.
  
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements ledgers and trial balances on a regular basis.
  
• Generate and manage invoices credit notes debit notes and GST-compliant reports.
  
• Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
  
• Ensure compliance with GST VAT and other statutory requirements as per Indian regulations.
  
• Support the accounting team in audit preparation and documentation.
  
• Resolve discrepancies in accounts promptly and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely processing of transactions.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data at all times.
  

Requirements

• 25 years of proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping preferably in a corporate or service-based organization.
  
• Proficiency in 9 or Tally Prime with hands-on experience in GST filing and reporting.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards GST laws and tax compliance.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
