Job Description

Tech Bodhi is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right IT training and career development programs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to counseling, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students, freshers, and working professionals regarding training programs and career opportunities.
• Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Explain course curriculum, career prospects, fees, and batch schedules.
• Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Education, Training, EdTech, or Skill Development industry.
• Knowledge of IT courses and technology career paths.
• Experience in tele-counseling and admissions.

Experience

• 1 to 5 Years
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
