Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/LWC

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce Managed Packages and AppExchange applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce platform architecture, and experience in ensuring compliance with AppExchange security review standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Managed Packages and AppExchange applications.

- Build scalable, high-performance solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools.

- Ensure applications comply with Salesforce AppExchange Security Review requirements and deployment guidelines.

- Develop custom Salesforce components, integrations, workflows, and automation solutions.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust features.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance.

- Implement best practices for Salesforce development, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Utilize version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient release management.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

- Strong hands-on experience in developing and managing Salesforce Managed Packages and AppExchange solutions.

- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.

- Experience with AppExchange Security Review, package versioning, and Salesforce deployment processes.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD tools, and release management.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets.

- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer, or Application Architect are preferred.

- Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and multi-tenant architecture.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
