We are hiring Customer Support Voice Associates for our Pune location. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Position: Customer Support Voice Associate

Location: Pune

Qualification: Any Graduate (Except BE/B.Tech)

Experience Criteria:

• Freshers can apply

• For Experienced candidates: Only International Voice Process experience required

• Candidates must have proper experience documents (Offer Letter, Relieving Letter, Payslips, etc.)

Salary:

• Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA

• Experienced: Up to 5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
• Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
• Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills mandatory.
• International Voice Process experience required for experienced candidates.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Shift: 5 Rotational Shifts + 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab Available

Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
