Component Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints schematics and work orders to assemble products manually or using hand/power tools.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate assembly line machinery hand tools and pneumatic equipment.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts and finished products for defects misalignments or quality issues. Report any deviations to the supervisor immediately.
Production Efficiency: Meet daily production targets and output quotas without sacrificing quality or safety.
Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free workstation (adhering to 5S or local cleanliness standards). Perform basic preventative maintenance on tools.
Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all company safety guidelines including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses steel-toed boots and hearing protection.
